One of my all time favourite places is the great park I am lucky enough to have in my own street. It's not that it has the coolest playground equipment or is especially quiet, but my kids have grown up in it and I have spent a lot of time in it trying to settle a colicky baby, survive witching hour or just hang out with Kelv and the kids. It is also a haven for birds. I loved this photo of Patrick and Bel.
This was a photo I took recently when we went to the Reef HQ. This is another of my favourite places to take the kids. Bella (in the middle, 2 turning 12!) loves spending time with the boys (Patrick on the right, 7 and Sam, 12). This is mostly because on weekends the boys spend quite a bit of time on XBOX as they aren't allowed to play it during the week. So to get the kids to really spend quality time together, it is easier away from home! You can only encourage a 12 year old to jump on a trampoline (thanks Leoni) and play in a cubby for so long.
